About Us

We’re native Ohioans who now reside in western North Carolina. In-between those two states we lived in Estes Park, CO for two years. We are avid hikers and wildlife watchers so you might say the mountains are in our blood!

We’ve been in the vacation rental business for 19+ years and are longtime Airbnb Superhosts and Vrbo Premier Hosts. We started Terra Bella Vacation Rentals after our move from Colorado to North Carolina. After acquiring our NC properties and getting those up and running, we added our Greenbrier cabin in Gatlinburg, opening it in spring 2024.

We are very excited to share our properties with other outdoor-loving couples, small families & groups, and we're confident our lovingly cared for cabins will offer you that comfortable home-away-from-home experience you are seeking for your mountain getaway, whether that be here in North Carolina or the Tennessee Smokies!
