About Us

We’re native Ohioans who decided to chase mountain living during the covid outbreak in 2020. We spent a couple years in Estes Park, CO loving mountain life but not enjoying as much the long winters and wind. We now reside in Hendersonville, NC in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Everything we love about mountain life, like hiking & fly fishing, is found here, minus the harshness of Rocky Mountain winters.

We’ve been in the vacation rental business for 20 years having started with cabins in the Hocking Hills of Ohio. Since then we’ve owned properties in Colorado and now here in western NC & Gatlinburg, TN under Terra Bella Vacation Rentals. We have held for many years Airbnb Superhost & Vrbo Premier Host statuses by genuinely caring about the experience we provide to our guests. We are also licensed in TN to property manage and are Airbnb approved co-hosts.
